Milestone for BYD: Our long-standing partner has reached the milestone of one million installed storage systems. The world market leader celebrated this success on the big stage at Intersolar 2024.

A particularly successful partner in this success story is EWS's "Solar professional of the week" Görrissen Projekte. The managing director, Gordon Görrissen, reported in Munich on behalf of the solar trade to an international audience about his satisfaction with the BYD BatteryBox – and was pleased that his team "has contributed to this success story."
Görrissen particularly appreciates the flexibility of BYD storage solutions in combination with different inverter brands, as well as their efficiency and ease of installation. The latter will further improve with the planned launch of a new battery control unit, expected to be available by the end of Q3.
