It all started at AEROCOMPACT with an innovative, resource-efficient, and quick-to-install bracket system for flat roofs. With its current product lineup, our partner meets all requirements for substructures. The clearly structured, patented solutions are specifically tailored to different roof types and roofing materials. This enables you to install them safely and efficiently. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication—with just a few, optimally coordinated components and practical click or clamping systems—systems can be installed particularly quickly—and meet high safety standards with CE certifications, a 25-year warranty, and numerous general building permits.

- Replacement tiles eliminate the need for time-consuming tile cutting – damage is minimized.
- The alternative for narrow rafters, renovations, or challenging roof structures: 7 mm stainless steel screws offer high load-bearing capacity, reduced splitting behaviour, high corrosion resistance, and particularly easy installation.
- Under the brand name COMPACTMETAL, you will find solutions for installation on trapezoidal, sandwich sheet, and corrugated metal roofs. A special highlight:

AEROCOMPACT provides two tools for planning and visualizing the mounting systems.
Structural analysis, layout, and bill of materials in a single system: AEROTOOL, the software for digital visualization and planning, offers solar professionals a powerful solution for the fast and precise design of photovoltaic systems. The cloud-based software combines satellite data, local building codes, and weather and load data to quickly generate an optimal system layout. Thanks to intuitive 3D visualization, projects can be planned from anywhere and managed centrally. In addition to the system design, AEROTOOL also provides CAD drawings, project reports, and complete bills of materials—including all components. For installers, this means greater planning reliability, lower error rates, and significant time savings in day-to-day project work. AERO.GO is a new planning app for pitched roofs, developed specifically for and in collaboration with PV installers. As the video shows, with just a few details a complete plan is generated in no time – including structural analysis and a detailed project report with an installation plan. This is a first in the industry. This eliminates the need for time-consuming preliminary calculations. The solution automatically generates material lists, is intuitive to use, and helps implement projects more efficiently, faster, and with a high degree of planning reliability.
