Division into module fields

The required quantity of components for the substructure depends on the number of fields on the roof area over which the solar modules are distributed. In the case of elevated systems, each module row must be viewed as a separate module field. In addition, particularly complicated or irregular module fields can entail higher material costs. These factors can be taken into account by specifying the module fields.

Cables, connector, surge protector

For insurance reasons, an surge protection device is mandatory for every solar electric system and should be selected to match the system configuration. The required number of plugs and cable length depends, among other things, on the number of strings and the number of separate module fields.
