LONGi Solar is launching a new module on the European market – and in our portfolio: the Hi-MO X10 Explorer (LR7-54HVH) with a nominal output of 485 Wp and an area of just over two square meters (2.04 m²) has been specially developed for private and commercial rooftop installations.
In order to achieve greater efficiency, durability and reliability, LONGi relies on the following special features for the high-end back-contact module:
- HPBC 2.0: This advancement of back-contact technology has increased absolute efficiency by 1 % compared to the first generation.
- N-type TaiRay wafer: This proprietary wafer stands for improved resistance distribution, fewer impurities and a significant increase in breaking strength by 16 %.
- 0BB structure (Zero-Busbar-design): An intelligent soldering process makes the connections more stable; thanks to a modified back-contact structure, shading by busbars on the back of the module is avoided. The result: higher performance and improved aesthetics.
- Shading Optimizer Technology reduces power loss by over 70 % compared to TOPcon modules and ensures consistent energy production even when partially shaded.
Further highlights include a low temperature coefficient of -0.26 %/°C and improved low-light performance for more power generation at dawn and dusk. Our partner LONGi Solar offers a 15-year product and a 30-year linear performance warranty for the new LR7-54HVH product.
