TOPCon HOT 3.0 Technology is characterized by particularly low degradation, which amounts to only approximately 1 % in the first year and a maximum of 0.4 % per year thereafter. After 30 years, the guaranteed linear performance is 87.4 %. The technology also improves low-light performance and ensures high temperature resistance. This is supported by multi-busbar technology, which ensures more even power distribution, lower cell resistance, and more stable yields—even in suboptimal lighting conditions. With a module efficiency of up to 23.27 % in the 465 Wp class, the modules achieve higher efficiency values than many larger 54-cell modules and thus offer an optimal solution for areas with limited space – surpassing even the established 54HL4R module.
Weighing around 24.0 kg, with high resistance to salt mist and ammonia as well as snow and wind loads of up to 6000 Pa, the modules are ideal for demanding installations. The 15-year product warranty on DV and BDV modules and 25 years on DB modules further underlines the durability and quality of the series.

The JinkoSolar Tiger Neo 48HL4M-DV modules are already available to order and deliver. The DB modules can be ordered and are expected to be available from the end of August, while the BDV modules can also be ordered now and are expected to be available from the beginning of October.
