The rack specialist with headquarters in Haag in Upper Bavaria develops and manufactures PV mounting systems for roofs, ground, facades, carports and agri-PV installations. The family-run company, led by owner and industry pioneer Ludwig Schletter, believes that it is the solar installers who are the driving force behind the energy transition. Therefore, fast, easy and secure installation, as well as high practical value, are at the heart of its product development. Flat roof:
- SL Fast Flat: tool-free click system for south and east-west orientations, 100% pre-assembled components, also available as a green roof solution, extremely short installation time
- FLA-System Generation 2.0: classic mounting system for south and east-west orientations, focus on maximum flexibility and optimised ballasting; lightning-current carrying design with integrated maintenance aisles for easy servicing
Pitched roof:
- Standard roof hook Sl Alu L (long): three-dimensional adjustability for precise adaptability to the roof cladding without the need for shims, compatible with the SL Alu-Flex 2000 rafter span profile, suitable for rafters with a width of 36 mm and above.
- D-plate: Aluminium roof replacement plate for height-adjustable PV installations, no tile cutting necessary, fully pre-assembled, for various tile models and both horizontal and vertical rail mounting, compatible with all SL Rack pitched roof components.
Facade:
- SL Energy Wall: an easy-to-install, modular hybrid system for facades, consisting of three fully assembled rails and the necessary hardware, an aesthetically appealing design for seamless integration; Integrated grounding and water drainage.
The range of systems is complemented by solutions for ground-mounted, carport and agri-PV installations.
Design tools
Precise planning is the basis for an efficient and cost-effective design of the mounting system. SL Rack offers two digital planning solutions to meet different requirements.
Perfect for quick offers and designs: SL Planner
With SL Planner, you can design your mounting system in less than two minutes and in just five steps. The web-based tool supports the design of both pitched roofs and flat roofs using SL Fast Flat. It generates a detailed bill of materials based on structural calculations and technical drawings, including details of ballasting, the number of modules and the total weight.
